Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of SPRK memberships, including the Founding Spark lifetime membership. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in joining as a Founding Spark. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing support@sprkapp.ai from the email address associated with your account.

After 30 Days

After the 30 day window, Founding Spark lifetime memberships are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because the membership grants long term access at a one time price, we are unable to offer partial or prorated refunds after this period.

If We Discontinue the Service

If we permanently discontinue SPRK, we will notify all lifetime members. Any refund in that circumstance will be at our discretion and, if offered, may be prorated based on the length of time the service was available to you.

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product, as described in our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@sprkapp.ai so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
